Josh and Nick have been great on keeping me updated and answering any questions I've had throughout the process of getting solar on my roof. Josh is very present to talk to, he's very quick with his response to all of my questions and requests. Nick is the project manager, I believe I got that correct, was able to work with and around my busy working schedule. We had been trying to get solar and a new roof on our house for a couple of years. We had bad luck with some other contractors backing out at the last minute. They could not have been more different. The online evaluation with Nick was pleasant and thorough. The onsite evaluation was straightforward. The permitting and coordination with roofing was professional and well managed. The install of the solar itself and the panel upgrade went according to plans. We've had great communication w Josh and team before, during, and after installation. Huge shoutout to Nick and the whole crew that handled our full roof replacement and solar installation this week! Our roof was ancient so we did the panels at the same time to save on costs. My giant golden retriever literally fell in love with Nick and kept stealing his measuring tape from his tool belt the entire first morning lol. Nick was such an absolute angel about it and just laughed, which made me feel so much better since my dog is usually a complete handful w/ contractors. I can't say enough good things about Quality. I did a lot of research and talked to a lot of companies for getting solar and batteries put in my home in Woodland Hills. It sounded like some people have had disastrous experiences with certain installers, especially the huge national operations - I'm so glad I took those other reviews seriously and went with a local provider instead. Working with them was a wonderful experience. Knowledgable, helpful, professional, proactive, responsive, honest, and most important - the system works flawlessly. They installed a 22 Panel, & 20,000 Kw Battery system to my home, that went live last November 2025. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and the staff who installed this system very technically competent! I believe I paid a competitive price. We had a great experience with Quality Power. Team is very responsive, very reasonable, and they oordinated well with our roofers to install the solar mounts once the plywood decking went on, so then the roofers could shingle around the mounts. Team was able to meet our somewhat tight deadline of installing the solar panels by the end of the year to qualify for the tax credits. And his prices were very fair and reasonable. High quality install and recommendations of areas that needed repair in advance of install. Quality and good info all the way from beginning to end. All Enphase equipment... we couldn't be happier.
